Shipping Information

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 5-8 business days from the date of purchase. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

Shipping Methods:

We rely on DHL as our reliable logistics provider for shipping throughout Europe. Available methods and associated costs are presented during the checkout process.

Shipping Locations:

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. If you are in a location not listed during checkout, please contact our customer support for assistance.

Shipping Confirmation:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to be updated.

Delivery Time:

Estimated delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. While we strive to meet these estimates, actual delivery times may be affected by external factors, such as customs delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging:

All canvases are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs

Shipping Rates:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the selected shipping method, item weight and destination. The applicable shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process, calculated at checkout based on destination and canvas size. International orders may incur additional customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Free Shipping:

Under certain conditions, we may offer free shipping promotions. Details of such promotions, including eligibility criteria, are communicated through our website and marketing materials.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Commissioned or Personalized Art:

These are non-returnable unless damaged during shipping. This includes pieces with custom sizes, colors, or inscriptions.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our business.

Damaged Items

Reporting Damage:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please include photos and a description of the problem for prompt assistance.

Immediate Reporting:

Customers should inspect the package upon arrival and report any damage within 3 days.

Evidence Required:

Clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label are usually required to initiate a claim.

Return Process:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nicoleenslensbrush@gmail.com.

Refund Processing:

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Full Refund or Replacement:

If the damage occurred during shipping and is verified:

  • A full refund
  • A replacement canvas (if the artwork is reproducible)
